GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must have an Associates or BS Degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent technical experience within web development. He/she must have two or more years of web design and programming in related languages.


• Should possess good technical programming skills and techniques. Has a thorough understanding of the internet and database architecture. Also has a good understanding of the server environment and other associated internet hardware.


• Driven to succeed in a hectic development environment where there are multiple priorities.


• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access; and Outlook.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly.


• Can organize multiple tasks and possesses strong organizational skills.


• With Strong documentation, oral and written communications skills


• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.


• Close attention to detail, follow-up, with an extreme sense of urgency and perseverance.


• Ability to resolve conflicts.


• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment, and provide timely and accurate follow up to inquires.


• Must be willing to work in a graveyard shift.


• Ability to perform most duties without a lot of supervision.
